This competitive stamp exhibition is to be organized by the Hong Kong Philatelic Society and supported by Hongkong Post.
The aim of this event is to qualify
first-time exhibits for future international philatelic shows. The status of the show is
equivalent to National Stamp Exhibition.
Frame fee is to be HK$100 per frame. Minimal five frames for each exhibitor except in the
Youth Class and One Frame Class.
Venue: Exhibition Gallery, City Hall, 7 floor, High Block, Central (close to the Star Ferry and G.P.O.)
Floor area: 3,500+ sq. ft.
Facilities: Madarin Oriental, Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton and within 20 minutes walk from Admiralty group of hotels (Conrad Hilton, Shangri-la and Mariott)

Friday 3 Feb. 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday 4 Feb. 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Sunday 5 Feb. 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Hong Kong Philatelic Society Journal 10 will be available for collection at the venue for members.
There will be a public auction of over two hundred lots from 3 p.m. on Saturday, 4 Feb. Viewing from 1 p.m. or by arrangement. Consignements welcome, please contact Chu Wing Yeu for details.
Palmares (Invitation and Tickets only): 4 Feb. - From 7:30 p.m. at the Chiuchow Garden Restaurant, basement, Jardine House, Central (opposite GPO) $300 per person, please contact Daniel Szeto (Treasurer) at the exhibition. First come first serve.
Hong Kong Philatelic Society "Heartwarming" Stampex 2006 minipane - Limited edition of 100 minipanes featuring both "Heartwarming" stamps will be available for sale ONLY at the exhibition venue. Not on sale at any post office. Price $100 per sheet first come first serve. Individual stamps can be purchased for HK$5 each, subject to availability.
Other than opening day when datestamping service will be available at the venue, the venue will provide cachet-stamping service only on 4th and 5th February. No souvenir cover will be issued by the HKPS.
